CHOPPERSHOOT Provides FPV & Alta X for Gran Turismo
CHOPPERSHOOT was selected to provide FPV and ALTA X drone filming for the "Gran Turismo" production at the Dubai Autodrome. Over four days, our team captured essential aerial footage to enhance the visual experience of this racing film.
Utilizing our FPV drones and ALTA X, we followed the race cars to capture dynamic and immersive shots, contributing to the film's high-energy scenes and narrative.
CHOPPERSHOOT Assists with Photogrammetry for "Dune 2" VFX
CHOPPERSHOOT was selected to assist with the photogrammetry for the VFX department of "Dune 2." We had the opportunity to capture the detailed desert landscapes where the film was shot, conducting a comprehensive scan over one week in Liwa, Abu Dhabi.
Using our advanced drone technology, we scanned extensive areas of the desert to create high-resolution 3D models. This data was crucial for the VFX team, helping them to achieve a high level of realism and accuracy in the film’s visual effects. Our focus on precision ensured that the desert terrain was captured in detail, providing a valuable digital resource for the production.

Sonic Movie
We provided both aerial and ground filming for the desert scenes in the Sonic the Hedgehog movie. To ensure that the filming went smoothly, we spent eight days scouting the dunes of the Liwa desert together with the director and producer. Additionally, we facilitated the landing of the helicopter and provided an on-location refueling truck. During the shoot, we expertly piloted the helicopter at a height of just 1-2 meters while maintaining high speeds, which enabled us to simulate the point of view of Sonic as he runs.
CHOPPERSHOOT Spain Captures Untold Music Festival
The Untold Music Festival recently made its spectacular debut in Dubai. It is a four-day celebration with world-class music, lights, and performances. CHOPPERSHOOT Spain captured the festival's vibrant atmosphere with aerial footage.
